Halon Trading operates a quantitative market intelligence platform that delivers:

• AI-powered quantitative model signals and outputs
• Market analysis, key level maps, and sector intelligence
• Options flow data and cross-asset research
• Real-time and periodic market updates during trading hours

The Service is designed for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, or any other form of regulated financial services provider.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

3.1 Subscription Plans

Access to the Halon Trading platform requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged on a recurring monthly basis. Current pricing is listed at halontrading.com/pricing.

3.2 Billing

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All fees are charged in USD and are non-refundable except as expressly stated herein.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused periods.

3.4 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We may, at our sole discretion, provide a refund in cases of verified technical failures that prevented platform access for an extended period. Contact support to inquire.

4. Not Investment Advice — Critical Disclaimer

All content, signals, data, analysis, model outputs, and information provided through the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. Specifically:

• Nothing on this platform is investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other type of professional financial guidance

5. No Liability for Trading Losses

Halon Trading, its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and affiliates (collectively, "Halon Parties") shall not be liable for:

• Errors, inaccuracies, delays, or omissions in market data or model outputs
• Failure to access the platform during market hours due to technical issues
• Actions or inactions taken in reliance on Service content
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to cancel your subscription. In no event shall the Halon Parties' total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, or resell access to the platform or its content
• Reproduce, copy, or republish platform content without written permission
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract platform data
• Attempt to reverse engineer any aspect of the platform or its models
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Share your account credentials with third parties

Violations may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, models, methodologies, data compilations, software, and intellectual property on the platform are owned by or licensed to Halon Trading. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Market Data Disclaimer

Market data, prices, and financial information displayed on the platform are sourced from third-party providers. We make no representation as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such data. Always verify information independently before making financial decisions.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
